I have always been drawn to the way things work and what makes someone choose one thing over another. That curiosity led me to study Experience Design, where I learned to put people at the centre of everything I made.
During one of my internships, I saw how business strategy shaped design decisions and realised I didn't just want to design better experiences. I wanted to understand the thinking behind them.
That realisation brings me to TU Delft, where I am now pursuing an MSc in Strategic Design, learning to design not just for people, but for the systems and organisations they live inside.
I explore how design can bridge human insight with business strategy, tackling complex challenges across domains like service design, foresight, and organisational innovation.
